Project: Auditions for High School Musical
Everyone is invited to audition, even if you've never been in a play before.
Roles are non-paid, however, a small travel stipend will be paid to cast members traveling from outside the Heber Valley.
Auditions will be held at Midway, UT on Monday, July 28 (6pm-9pm) and Tuesday, July 29th (6pm-9pm), with callbacks on Monday, August 4th from 7pm - 10pm (invitation only). Rehearsals begin August 11th and run M, W, Th 6 - 9pm and Saturdays 11am - 2pm. Rehearsals on Sept 8th and 13th will be 12pm - 3pm.
The show will run at the Midway Town Hall on Friday October 3rd through Saturday, October 11th, at 7:30pm, with a matinee each Saturday at 2pm. Entire cast must be available for Dress/Tech Rehearsals starting September 27th, 11am.
Video Submissions : Please film yourself performing a 1-minute song in the style of HMS that shows character and range. All vocals should be accompanied. Video submissions will be accepted until July 29th via your casting manager account.
In-person Auditions : Please sign up for a time slot through this site and prepare a 1 minute song in the style of HMS that shows character and range. All vocals should be accompanied. An accompanist will be available at auditions, so please bring your music.
Call backs August 4th by invitation. Cold reading Sides will be provided prior to the callback. Please come prepared to learn a dance combo.
